Ag-Chem Research Facility Site Re-Development

Property Acquisition and Management

TASK is providing environmental assessment and remediation services and site re-development support for a property used historically for farming and agricultural chemical research.  After arsenic was detected in the soil during a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) conducted by others, TASK conducted an extensive site assessment to sample soil, groundwater, surface water and sediment to characterize the site.  We developed a remediation strategy to cost-effectively manage contaminated media, to facilitate development of the property.  We continue to support our client in the site re-development process.
